I believe that feeling heard and understood can create space for greater self-awareness, healing and change.
I balance listening and curiosity with practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety and low mood.
Services
Tali Budlender Psychology provides therapy for people aged 18+. Sessions are held in beautifully designed therapy rooms in Prahran and Gardenvale or via telehealth.

Who do I see?
I have a special interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety. This may show up as general anxiety, or anxiety related to a specific issue such as social situations or health concerns. I support people to feel less afraid of anxiety and to loosen its grip. My practice also focuses on:
depression or low mood
perfectionism and people pleasing
neurodivergence
perinatal difficulties
childhood trauma.
I work with adults of all ages and genders. I have a special interest in working with women in their 20s and 30s.

What is my approach to therapy?
My approach is warm, non-judgmental and authentic. Therapy is guided by your goals, and I always start by seeking to understand your individual needs and preferences about how to work with a therapist.
I aim to create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore experiences, thoughts and feelings. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Clients often share with me that they appreciate the practical tools and strategies they learn in sessions.
